PROUD MEMBERSHIP OF THE PAYSON PRO RODEO COMMITTEE

There are several membership levels that the Payson Pro Rodeo Committee offers to our local community! Whatever level you may participate in, your value and desire to help our organization is invaluable. Scroll below to find different ways to get involved with the Payson Pro Rodeo.

ADULT MEMBER

  • Follow all rules of “Active Membership Definition”

  • Complete Membership Application and sign Code of Ethics annually.

  • Pay annual dues 

  • Attend monthly meetings and special meetings

  • Work rodeo performances and special events in any capacity a minimum of 8 hours per event.

  • Be “actively” involved on at least 1 PPRC Committee

  • Eligible to attend Special Committee events (steak BBQ’s, dinners, etc.)  

  • Eligible to earn Committee Membership Awards (refer to PPRC Awards Policy)  

  • Can receive a 10% Discount at Bob’s Western Wear

Adult Associate Member

(For those that cannot attend the required Monthly and Special Meetings)

  • Complete Membership Application and sign Code of Ethics annually

  • Pay annual dues 

  • Attend monthly meetings and special meetings when available

  • Work rodeo performances and special events in any capacity

  • Participate in  at least 1 PPRC Committee.

  • Eligible to attend Special Committee events (steak BBQ’s, dinners, etc.)

  • Eligible to earn Committee Membership Awards (based on hours worked determined  by the Board of Directors and with similar hour criteria as a "Member in Good Standing "determined by when the review period is over and approved by the BOD)

  • Can receive a 10% Discount at Bob’s Western Wear

YOUTH MEMBER

  • Complete Membership Application and sign the Code of Ethics annually.

  • Has an option of being a paid or an unpaid member

  • As a paid member in good standing, they can earn Committee Awards

  • Requested to attend monthly meetings

  • Can receive a 10% Discount at Bob’s Western Wear

  • Parent or Guardian must sign Application, Code of Conduct & Waiver of Liability

  • Work rodeo, dances, and special events

  • At age 18, a Youth Member can apply to become an Adult/Adult Associate  Member

VOLUNTEERS

  • Complete Volunteer application and sign the Code of Ethics.

  • Work rodeo, dances, special events.

  • Although volunteers do not qualify for Member benefits, we could not put on the rodeos without them.
