BECOME A SPONSOR
Sponsors play a vital role in preserving the rodeo spirit by strengthening our efforts to support local organizations, celebrate western heritage, and promote the original American extreme sport - rodeo. There is truly no better place to entertain clients or reward employees while keeping your business front and center. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities designed to elevate your brand while helping us give back to the community.

The Payson Pro Rodeo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and every dollar of profit goes directly back into supporting the residents of Payson. Each year, we fund six scholarships for graduating seniors in the Payson Unified School District, supporting both academic and vocational pathways. We are also proud contributors to the Payson High School athletics department.

In recent years, our donations have supported Reaching Out for Breast Cancer, Payson Special Olympics, American Legion Posts 147 and 69, the Warming Center, Payson Honor Guard, Wreaths Across America, Payson Senior Center, Payson Community Kids, Brownsville Western Heritage, Payson Christian Clinic, the Elks Lodge and Moose Lodge Kids Christmas Fund, New Beginnings, Northern Arizona Children’s Advocates, Time Out Shelter, the Northern Gila County Fair, and the Senior Citizen Affairs Foundation of Pine. We take great pride in expanding both our community impact and the events we produce each year.

The Payson Pro Rodeo is a 100% volunteer‑driven organization, supported by more than 125 dedicated members and countless additional volunteers who give their time throughout the year. As Col. James Doolittle said, “There is nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer.” This sentiment rings true for our team; we simply could not host our events without their passion and commitment.

We proudly produce three major events annually: the Iron Horse Rodeo Motorcycle Run in October, the Gary Hardt Memorial Rodeo in May, and the World’s Oldest Continuous Rodeo in August. These events help put Payson on the map as the heart of Arizona, drawing visitors from across the country and around the world.

We remain committed to preserving the western lifestyle and heritage that define the Rim Country. We invite you to promote your valued business while partnering with us to continue this mission. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out, our contact information is included.
