The Payson Pro Rodeo is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.  The profits that we make go directly back into our community to support the residents of Payson.  We fund five scholarships for our graduating seniors in the Payson Unified School District for both academic and vocational studies.  In addition to these valuable scholarships, we also donate to the Payson High School athletics department.  In the most recent years, we have donated to Reaching Out for Breast Cancer, Payson Special Olympics, Veterans Helping Veterans, Payson Honor Guard, Wreaths Across America, Payson Senior Center, Boy Scouts of America, the Pine Archery Team and Senior Citizen Affairs Foundation of Pine.  We are proud of our contributions to our community and continue to grow the money donated each year while growing the events that we produce.

The Payson Pro Rodeo is a 100% volunteer organization with over 125 members and many more countless volunteers that work throughout the year.  We produce three events each year.  We have the Iron Horse Rodeo Motorcycle Run held in April, the Gary Hardt Memorial Rodeo held in May and the World’s Oldest Continuous Rodeo in August.  Our organization puts Payson on the map for truly being the heart of Arizona and drawing visitors from all over the world to our town.  We are dedicated to keeping our western heritage and lifestyle alive in the Rim Country.
